  23. What is TIPS?  TIPS is a collection of ASCII files containing solutions or
  24.                work-arounds to various hardware and software problems.  I have
  25.                spent two years developing TIPS, and they are being expanded
  26.                and updated on a continual basis.

  28. Distribution:  This file may be uploaded to any Bulletin Board System and
  29.                distributed freely.  Although individual TIPS are not to be
  30.                distributed in any way, this file is free to the general
  31.                public.
  32.  
  33.                Note:  This file does not contain any TIPS.  It simply contains
  34.                       a listing of the TIPS available on The Bertha BBS.  Each
  35.                       TIP is located in a separate file on The Bertha BBS,
  36.                       allowing users to search for keywords and download only
  37.                       the TIPS they need.  These TIPS may NOT be copied or
  38.                       distributed in any form.  They are intended for the sole
